The thesis is dedicated to the elaboration of an innovational strategy as a factor of guaranteeing of the enterprise's competitiveness with the purpose of development of the theoretical scientific propositions of the choice of the strategy's versions of the innovational tendency which will allow to ensure the long-term competitiveness of the enterprise. The approach was determined, it combines the points of view of many scientists and gives a possibility to characterize the essence of innovations. It was determined that to date the preconditions of the strategic innovational management exist, you see that their intercommunication took the actual importance.
