Nabok O. Scientific and methodological essentials of operational controlling in a bank

The dissertation research is devoted to the developing of existing scientific and methodological essentials of operational controlling in banks, the developing of practical recommendations for organizational and information and communications support for the implementation of operational management decisions in the bank based on controlling. In the research basic provisions, functions and principles of operational controlling in banks have been substantiated; experience of bank controlling in Ukraine has been systematized; classification of costs within the operational bank controlling has been deepened; the method of controlling of the market-oriented marginal income of the bank has been developed; scientific and methodological essentials of forming the operational controlling of percentage, commission and trading income of the bank margin components have been developed; methodological basis of forming operational controlling of process costs of the bank has been developed; the mechanism of building of the duration into the method of market-oriented management accounting of the component of percentage income of the bank margin has been developed.
