Thesis is a complex research of the theoretical and practical problems of the employer's financial responsibility. The legal nature has been researching and the place of the employer's financial responsibility has been determining among other types of amenability. The peculiarities that inherent exclusively to employer's financial responsibility have been analyzing. The range of functions of financial responsibility has been determining and disclosing their contents. The composition of an integral basis of financial responsibility has been researching - labor property offences. The conditions of the employer's financial responsibility for certain offences have been analyzing in detail. Proposals to improve the labor legislation of Ukraine have been formulating on the basis of analysis of scientific literature, the decisions of the judiciary and the legal acts of Ukraine and other countries.
