The peculiarities of legal adjustment of service regulation relationships are researched which are the part of the employment relationships. Their legal nature, character and content are disclosed. The correlation of the service regulation relationships and labour discipline is proved. It is pointed on the secondary character of the labour discipline in the system of labour relations and norms that ensure their legal adjustment. The particular attention is paid to the ways and forms of legal adjustment of the service regulation. It is emphasized that incentives and coercion law measures are effective to apply for ensuring legal order in this area. On basis of the conducted analysis the propositions are formulated concerning the further improving of the relationships of the service regulation and the recommendations are made for strengthening the guarantees of labour rights of employees.
