Mykhailova I. The legal regulation of the old-age pension in the solidary system of Ukraine.

Dissertation is devoted research of the legal adjusting of the pension providing of old-age pension in the solidary system of Ukraine. The historical stages of formation and developing of the old-age pension are defined. The legal regulation of this type of pension provision is researched in bilateral and multilateral agreement of Ukraine. The experience of foreign countries is analyzed. The points of view of research workers are analysed in the field of law of public welfare of soviet and modern periods on the basis of what the new generalized concepts of age-pensions are formulated, old-age pension legal relationships, old-age pension in the solidarniy pension system. The specific suggestions were formulated for improving the conceptual understanding and current legislation of the legal regulation of the old-age pension in the solidarniy pension system of Ukraine.
