Umanskiy I. Formation and assessment of communications operator innovative potential

Object - the process of innovation enterprise. Purpose - to identify and study the theoretical and methodological principles of the formation and development, evaluation, financing innovation potential operator and its effective use. The study used a set of methods of scientific knowledge of theoretical and empirical levels, including: historical approach, abstraction, generalization, deduction and induction, analysis and synthesis, classification, specification, formalization, survey, observation, comparison, modeling, expert methods, calculation and analytical method, scenario planning. Scientific novelty: first defined and grounded theoretical and methodological foundations of as-sessment and usage of communications operator innovative potential based on the study of elemental components; reasonably methodological approach to evaluate the financial component of the communications operator innova-tion potential , improved methodological positions in the formation of the financial component of the communica-tions operator innovation potential; the developed structure formation of enterprises innovative potential; methodi-cal recommendations on planning operator revenue. The results of the thesis have been applied in the financial and economic activities of JSC "Ukrtelecom" in scientific work and teaching process of Odessa National Academy of Telecommunications named after O.S. Popov.
