Gavril'ev V. Morph-functional characteristics of parotid salivary glands, in case of dysfunction of neurological status in people.

Dissertation is sanctified to the increase efficiency of diagnostics and treatment of patients with sialiodenitis, that arises up in persons with the normal nervous system. The obtained data gave an opportunity to explain the origin of neurogenic sialiodenitis, that develop in people based on increasing level of stress, decreasing secretory function of salivary glands, change of immune features of mouth liquid and secret, increasing activity of oxidization processes of lipids in blood and mouth liquid that assists penetration of pathogenic micro flora and development of chronic inflammation in the gland with duct-spasm phenomena in duct system. On the basis of this, were offered and inculcated in medical practice and preventive measures in correction of pathological changes that take place in the parotid glands of patients with neurogenic sialiodenitis in different degrees. The author proved, that in treatment of patients with neurogenic sialiodenitis it is necessary recommendation of neurologist, to reduce the level of anxiety in them, take measure for the removal of duct-spasm, to promote functional activity of salivary glands, to conduct anti-inflammatory therapy. The analysis results testifies that the use of offer methods of treatment patients with neurogenic sialiodenitis for 86,36% patients with an ligth degree, in 64,71% with middle, in 58,34% with the heavy degree of disease it appeared effective.
