Essay

The thesis is dedicated to improving the resistance of hard tissues of teeth and periodontal tissues in children with malocclusions. Revealed that the prevalence and intensity of caries and periodontal diseases in children with malocclusions and bad habits are higher than in children who have orthodontic pathology. Designed and implemented in clinical health care complex, which promotes better oral hygiene, a positive effect on dental hard tissues (enamel resistance test) increases the rate of salivation, pH, mineralising capacity of oral fluid, the rate of calcium, the activity of catalase and lysozyme, reduces the activity of urease in the oral fluid, normalizes exponent dysbiosis. The effectiveness of the proposed method was evaluated after 18 months. Application of the proposed complex leads to a reduction rate of caries in permanent teeth in children with malocclusions on 59.4% and reduction of PMA index on 68.7%.
