The thesis is devoted to the actual task of therapeutic stomatology, aimed at improving the efficiency problem of treatment of uncomplicated caries in the persons of older age groups with the use of ART- techniques. Studied the prevalence, structure and clinical features of uncomplicated caries in the persons of older age groups of the Poltava region. Studied the need for therapeutic dental care bed-patients and patients with limited mobility of the musculoskeletal system. Developed and tested a new method vivo study of ultrastructure of enamel, which makes it possible to assess the quality atraumatic preparation of hard tooth tissues. Improved methods atraumatic treatment of uncomplicated caries through the use of tools designed for atraumatic treatment of cavities, a device for mixing filling material and device for condensation filling material. Examined the immediate and remote results of treatment of uncomplicated caries in the persons of older age groups with limited mobility of the musculoskeletal system by using advanced techniques.
