Zana L. Genre specificity of Michel Tournier's novelistic prose.

The dissertation is devoted to the definition of genre specificity and genre dynamics of M. Tournier's novelistic prose. It is specified that M. Tournier's novels demonstrate the genre heterogeneity. Tournier's prose was divided into two periods and genre particularities of the first and second ones were defined. The novels of the first period demonstrate genre features of novel-myth. At the same time the myth is the art condition using by the writer for showing own conceptions. That why we applied genre definition "new-legend" according the novels of M. Tournier. Predominance of real inventions, defined chronotop, low function of sacral elements, legend's characters is sign of new-legend.
