Object - electron-microscopic picture of tooth enamel, clinical status of hard tissue of teeth and periodontal biotope oral cavity, oral fluid. Purpose - to ensure the effectiveness and safety measures bleaching and monitoring of side effects. Methods - survey, clinical, microbiological, biochemical, electron microscopic, functional statistics. Novelty - The dynamics of clinical and electron microscopic pictures of hard tissues of teeth and periodontal methods to stages of bleaching. Results - The algorithm treatment and prevention measures increases the effectiveness and safety of bleaching procedures. Implemented in practice. Field - dentistry.
