Essay

Object: process of development of joint-stock sector of Ukraine's national economy as system-structural integrity. Purpose: Grounding up theoretical aspects and practical recommendations as to forming efficient system of government regulation of the shareholding sector of the national economics of Ukraine. Methods: dialectical, system, historically-logical, abstractly-logical, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, economy-mathematical and statistical, design. It is offered: first: grounded mechanism of co-ordination of joint-stock relations, which connects structurally-functional components of economic and institutional character, that gave possibility to define this mechanism as object of purposeful state policy from development of joint-stock sector, the indicator of efficiency of which there is the offered economy-mathematical model of estimation of national market of shares functioning; it is improved: theoretically-methodical approach to the analysis of joint-stock relations; scientifically-methodical principles in relation to perfection of the system of the government regulation of national economy; scientific interpretation of term "state policy from development of shareholding sector"; gathered subsequent development: concepts and definition of categories - the essence of the concept of "sharing"; systematization of factors which negatively influence on development of national shareholding sector; ground of systems of the measures of the state economic policy. Sphere of the use: joint-stock companies, state organs of government by an economy.
