Object - process of service management in multiservice networks based on service-oriented architecture. The purpose - improving the quality of service in multiservice networks by improving the management services. Methods - queueing theory, teletraffic theory, graph theory, time-probable graphs method and generating function. Results - improved management method of multiservice networks ; method of ensuring reliability of service and management method of troubleshooting in multiservice networks based on service-oriented architecture. It is introduced - in research project, in academic activity, as well as during the execution of the project "Proxy Balancer" company "Geymloft".
