Zheleznyak V. Diagnosis and management of the economic potential of industrial enterprises.

The thesis is devoted to scientific and theoretical justification and the development of the practical guidelines on the use of an effective mechanism of formation and assessment of the actual level of economic potential of industrial enterprises. The existing theoretical and conceptual approaches to defining the essence of the concepts of "potential" and "economic potential" have been developed. The necessity of structuring the set of existing definitions of given notions has been justified. The existing theoretical approaches, concepts and methods of classifying the types of economic potential from the perspective of efficient management have been researched. The methodical approach to the process of diagnosis and quantitative evaluation of the economic potential of an enterprise has been developed; the stages and basic processes of the use of the mechanism of formation, evaluation and development of economic potential have been summarized.
