The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and methodological problems, development and research of practical aspects of marketing activities at machine-building enterprises. The peculiarities of marketing activities at industrial enterprise were investigated. The concept of management of marketing activities and organization of marketing at division industrial enterprise was considered. The analysis of the state of machine-building industry and the system of management of marketing activities under current conditions was made. The management system of marketing activity of the machine-building enterprise on the basis of marketing mix was improved. The program of increase in efficiency of marketing activities at machine-building enterprises was developed. The synergy effect of the adapted marketing mix was calculated.
