Abdulmagid M. Mechanism of management a concentration and enlargement of capital of industrial enterprises

In dissertation work in theory grounded the use of the proces-aim a special purpose going near the management of concentration and enlargement of capital of industrial enterprises processes. On his basis the organizationally economic mechanism of management the indicated processes is formed. The concept of process of concentration and enlargement of capital to specify in-process, by the selection of general theoretic and applied aspects of these concepts. The theoretical ground of place and role of process of concentration and enlargement of capital is also resulted in development of industrial enterprises of Ukraine. Certainly theoretical government of concentration and enlargement of capital of metallurgical enterprises a process bases, and also mechanisms and instruments of management these processes are certain. The methodical going near successful realization of projects on a concentration and enlargement of capital and mechanism of defense of enterprise is in-process offered from reid. The methodical going is also offered near the estimation of expedience of the use of different variants of concentration of capital of metallurgical enterprise (on the example of group "Illich-Steel") which allowed to develop a prognosis and ground direction of subsequent participation of enterprise in the process of concentration and enlargement of capital.
