Essay

Based on surveys and histological studying of necropsy mucosa of the distal esophagus determined the prevalence of gastroesophageal reflux disease in patients with diabetes mellitus 2nd type. The necessity of the use of questionnaire, if necessary - endoscopic and histological studies, and 3-hour pH-monitoring to diagnose gastroesophageal reflux disease in patients with diabetes mellitus 2nd type. Proved a positive influence use of proton pump inhibitors and prokinetics in patients with a combination of these pathologies, while accompanying duodenogastral reflux.
