Object – bond strength of elastic plastic with acrylic base and functional suitability capacity of the dentures with elastic plastic. Purpose – improvement of the quality of orthopedic care of patients with complete absence of teeth. Methods – analytical, clinical-diagnostic, gnathodynamometrical; clinical-biochemical, statistical. Novelty – the first time conducted a comparative assessment of mechanical properties of compounds of different elastic plastic of the acrylic base; comparative assessment of the quality and applicability of elastic plastic. The results – increased efficiency of treatment of patients with complete loss of teeth by use of complete removable dentures with elastic plastic. Implemented – in dental practice and educational process. Field – dentistry.
