Essay

The work is devoted to comparative study of protective action of exogenous growth regulators (6-BAP and ivin) on corn and barley plants under the conditions of salinization. The exogenous growth regulators raise content of chlorophyll a and b, and their sum (in comparison with "salt variant"), and raise carotinoid content to control. Also reduction activity of chloroplasts was increased, that for corn appears more for the chloroplasts of mesophyll. Ivin treatment raises the reduction activity more at initial period of experiments.Influence of exogenous growth regulators on the photosynthetic apparatus shows up in the degree of stomata openness and transpiration rate under the conditions of salinization. The increase of photosynthesis net productivity is set under the influence of growth regulators.
