Podhorna G. Improving Surveillance and Enforcement of Labor Legislation in Modern Ukraine's Development as a Legal and Democratic State.

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and practical issues of supervision and enforcement of labor legislation. The features of supervision and enforcement of labor laws are investigated. The analysis of regulatory oversight and enforcement of labor legislation is made. The detailed characteristic of the subject, objects and subjects of surveillance, the subject and control stages of compliance with labor legislation of Ukraine is given. The principles, forms and methods of enforcement of provisions of legal acts in the field of labor relations are determined, trends and directions of the regulatory framework of control in compliance with labor laws are outlined. Suggestions for changes and amendments to existing legislation on these issues are formed.
