Kyzymenko K. Legal regulation of labour relations with public prosecutor's workers in Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to a comprehensive study of theoretical and practical problems related to the application of legislation regulation labour relations with public prosecutor's workers. On the basis of the analysis of labour legislation and specific public prosecutor's legislation formulated the notion of public prosecutor's workers and identified particular legal status, which distinguishes it from the other categories of workers. Identified criteria for a differentiated approach to the regulation of labour relations with public prosecutor's workers. Investigation particulars of origin, modification and stopping of labour relations with public prosecutor's workers. Differentially notion of wages and salaries as a special form of remuneration of labour of public prosecutor's workers. Classification of types of encouragements and material providing of public prosecutor's workers is conducted. Analyzed the specificity of legal regulation of labour order in the Prosecutor's Office, labour discipline and the basis of disciplinary responsibility of public prosecutor's workers. The study included proposals to improve the legal regulation of the employment of public prosecutor's workers, changes to individual articles of The Labour Code of Ukraine, The Law of Ukrainian on the Public Procurator's Office and adoption of new regulatory legal acts.
