The dissertation is dedicated to the complex research of the problems of employees transfer to another job legal regulation according to the legislation of Ukraine, as well as to creating propositions directed to their solving. The notion "employees transfer to another job" is determined, its multidimensional character is revealed. The notion of employees transfer to another job is compared with the neighbour legal phenomenon. The classification of employees transfer to another job is held by various criteria. Separate attention is dedicated to the characteristics of separate kinds of employees transfer to another permanent job as well of kinds of employees transfer to another temporary job. The guarantees of employees labour rights fulfillment are characterized in case of their transfer to another job and the guarantees of employees labour rights protection in case of their unlawful transfer to another job.
