Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the research of the constitutional provisions which by their nature can be considered to be the principles of Ukraine's labour law. Their notion, contents and legal nature are revealed. It is proposed to consider such principles to be the proclaimed in the Ukraine's Constitution the right to labour (the right to appropriate, safe and healthy working conditions, to labour payment, to recreation and to prohibition of compulsory work) and provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine directed to labour rights protection by the trade unions and other bodies authorized by the employees, the right to strike and to other means of protection not prohibited by law. The criteria of classification of the most important constitutional principles of labour law are grounded, their detailed analysis is carried out. On basis of the conducted analysis the propositions are formulated concerning the following enforcement of the constitutional provisions into the labour law norms which determine the directions of labour relations regulation. The grounded recommendations are proposed for practical application of these principles in the sphere of the citizens' labour rights protection.
