Essay

The effectiveness of feeding milch cows and replacement calves with triticale-vetch mixtures from new varieties of fodder crops in the diet in the Steppe of Ukraine has been theoretically substantiated and experimentally proved. It has been proved the expediency of application of mixture from new varieties of winter triticale Fodder and vetch Chornomorska in the structure of ration of dairy cows and replacement young stock in the spring-summer period. It has been recommended to include feed mixtures (rations) for lactating cows, triticale-vetch mixture heading in the amount of 60%, and for replacement heifers 70% for nutritional energy
