Essay

Object of research - modified dry building mixtures and heat-resistant concretes on their base with the use of cement as a binder, fly ash as a fine grinding, ash-slag mixture as a filling aggregate, complex admixture as a modifier that contains superplasticizer C-3 and a fluorine activator - Na2SiF6; objective - to conduct a research and to develop the optimal composition of heat-resistant compact-grained concretes based on dry mixtures with the use of fly ash as an active siliceous admixture, ash-slag mixture as a filling aggregate and complex modifier admixture; methods - methods of mathematical experiment planning, methods of mathematical statistics, building physics and mechanics methods; results - the method of physico-mechanical properties of heat-resistant ash-slag concrete improvement while addition the complex modifier admixture to their composition is proposed; the optimal composition of dry building modified mixture for heat-resistant ash-slag concretes is developed; the recommendations of technological parameters of obtaining the modified heat-resistant ash-slag mixtures optimization are performed; novelty - the effect of harden cement-ashes binders and ash-slag concrete activation is experimentally substantiated; the new experiment-statistical models are obtained that enable to value numerically and to optimize influence of different technological factors while addition of complex modifier admixture on operation property of heat-resistant ash-slag concretes; the positive influence of complex admixture C-3+Na2SiF6 for peculiarities porosity structure of heat-resistant ash-slag concrete is established in terms of normal hardening, and while drying, periodic heating and cooling; implementation - the results of work were implemented in the conditions of a pilot-industrial production; in the study process.
