Ovchynnykova M. Formation of the Balanced Economic Policy of the Company

The object of this study is the formation and implementation of a balanced economic policy of the enterprises of light industry. The subject of this study is theoretical and practical aspects of creating a balanced economic policy of the enterprises of light industry. The studies were conducted on the basis of theoretical generalization, system analysis, synthesis, prediction, expert assessments, correlation and regression analysis, simulation modeling. The thesis is devoted to the improvement of the theoretical and methodological positions and development practical recommendations for the formulation of a balanced economic policy of the enterprises of light industry. A simulation model was developed to identify alternative scenarios of a balanced economic policy, which allows to determine the intermediate and final results of the activities of enterprises with different combinations of internal factors and external preconditions with regard to their mutual influence. Scientific results of the studies were used in light industry, such as the JSC "Tsyurupinsk garment factory "Unist", LLC "Tavria textiles". Some theoretical and methodological working are in the use of the executive committee of Kherson City Council.
