Object - calcium silicate bricks from mechanically activated lime-silica mixture with quicklime; goal - improving the efficiency of production of products based on lime-silica mixtures with waste production selhozudobreny - phosphogypsum, quicklime and use of mechanical activation; methods - thermodynamic standard physico-mechanical and physico-chemical, innovation - shows the feasibility of using the energy of the system CaO-SiO2-H2O instead of Ca(OH) 2-SiO2-H2O technology and production of silica brick, found that the implementation of chemical reactions in the system Ca(OH)2-SiO2-H2O formation such as hydro tobermory, riverside, and afvillit, gillebrandit is possible only if energy input to the system, revealed a joint and separate effects of mechanical activation and the addition of phosphogypsum on the strength characteristics of the samples, which indicate the usefulness of mechanical activation in conjunction with the introduction of the mixture of phosphogypsum, the influence of residual phosphoric acid, phosphogypsum to change the energy of chemical reactions of calcium hydro, and the results - calcium silicate bricks, made of energy-saving and resource saving technologies, the scope of use - manufacture of building materials.
