Sokoliuk G. The diversification strategy in management of machine-building enterprise competitiveness.

The thesis is devoted to the development of the theoretical basis and methodical support of the machinebuilding enterprise diversification strategy choice and realization under context of management of its competitiveness. The components of the choice of the competition strategies and the main types of specific resources which are necessary for its successful realization are extracted. Methodological approaches to the choice of the competition strategy with the consideration of the machinebuilding enterprise specific and its "diversification potential" are proposed. The components of production diversification potential are determined. The consequence about the competitiveness of home machinebuilding enterprises is done on the base of the structural and dynamic analysis of their development also the level and effectiveness of the diversification of enterprises activity was done. The author's way of approach to the assessment of enterprise innovation potential ability to provide the diversification strategy realization is worked out. Scientific and methodical bases of the choice and realization of enterprise competitiveness strategy based on diversification with using of balanced score card are formed.
