Objekt of research: the formation and development of cooperative systems of technical and technological service of agricultural production in Ukraine. The aim: To develop scientific and methodological principles of formation and development of the cooperative system of technical and technological service agrarian sektor economy of ukrainian and the study of measures of implementation. At first: A comprehensive system of measures of adaptation procurement of agricultural service cooperatives to market conditions, which means that the areas of adaptation to external and internal components of the selection of measures of passive and active forms of the cooperative. Improved: Methodological approaches to determining the required number of technical means for agricultural service cooperatives by introducing the algorithm calculation model approach, including the use of geographically-food, information and organizational models, funding mechanism for agricultural service cooperatives, which includes the development of measures to create an extensive infrastructure of agricultural lending cooperatives, including raising funds through local communities.
