Protsko H. Legal status of participants of a pretrial investigation: realization problems

In the dissertation a number of theoretical generalizations is formulated and the new solution of a scientific task on complex research of theoretical provisions of acquisition and realization of legal status by participants of a pretrial investigation (the victim, the civil claimant, the suspect accused, the civil respondent) on the basis of what new scientific valid conclusions are received is offered. Object of research are criminally-remedial relations in sphere of acquisition and realization of legal status by participants of a pretrial investigation, and its subject - problems of realization of legal status participants of a pretrial investigation.
