Kirtoka R. Increase in the efficiency of resourse potential usage of the industrial enterprises in the unstable sphere.

The object of study - the process more efficient use of the resource potential of industrial enterprises in an unstable environment. Methods: theoretical and applied research of Ukrainian and foreign scientists and leading experts on the principles of formation and development of methods and mechanisms to increase efficiency of resource potential in the industry, industry guidance material and methodological developments, techniques and expert system analysis elements of the theory of economic statistics and economic and mathematical modeling. The aim is to generalize the theoretical foundations, design principles and methods for increasing the efficiency of resource potential of the industry to ensure its sustainable development in an unstable environment. Theoretical and practical implications of these results is the possibility of their wide use in the formulation and implementation of plans for effective utilization of the resource potential of industrial enterprises in the development of strategies for sustainable development. Scientific novelty: the first time developed a combined method of analysis of formation and use of the resource potential of the industrial enterprises in the unstable economic conditions, which combines the techniques of an integrated approach and system analysis to assess the effectiveness of resource potential. Improved: the classification of factors of production ("tree" of factors of production) based on a generalization of existing approaches in economics, a mechanism to manage the effective use of the resource potential of the industrial enterprise, the management tools of economic security in industrial plants (defined concepts, the classification of threats and economic security indicators, assessment their limit values, the forecast impact of the consequences of threats to economic security for the sustainable development of industrial enterprises). Was further developed: methodological approaches to the effective management of human resources industry, which made it possible to rationalize their structure, principles and methods of forming the organizational culture and business environment as industrial development and use of intellectual labor component.
