Essay

The aim: to test the effect of transplantation of fetal nervous tissue, and transplantation of olfactory bulb tissue during regeneration after traumatic injury of the cerebellar hemispheres of the cerebellum in the experimentюResults. TFNT leads to the maximum positive impact on the recovery process among the study groups, during the period of the experiment indicator of stato-koordinatory sphere function increases by 2.5 points BWT to the level of 6.6 points from a possible 7. Recovery of stato-koordinatory sphere function in the case of TTOB seen the equal growth during the 1st and 2nd months of the experiment, in the case of TFNT - during the 3rd and 4th weeks. The process of the organization after TTOB differs by early activation of connective tissue component, fibrosis, a rapid decrease in the number of cells of the graft, the active creation of new capillaries and arterioles in the thick growths of connective tissue, in the case of TFNT the formation of connective fine-mesh cage structure is observing in the thickness of which a significant number of neyroblast phenotype cells is viable within 1 month experiment. The effectiveness of the rehabilitation process in the case of TFNT and TTOB is due to the activation of plastic reorganization of neuronal networks, primarily - by remodeling of the synaptic apparatus of the cerebellum. Conclusions. TFNT increases the intensity of the recovery function of stato-koordinatory sphere. TTOB causes early phase of post-transplant positive effect, which is not characteristic for TFNT and is most likely due to the pro-angiogenic effect of tissue graft on the cerebellum tissue. At the same time TFNT potentiates more pronounced than TTOB autoimmune response against the tissue of the cerebellum during the entire experimental period, while remaining less vulnerable to the effector mechanisms of the immune response.
