The thesis presents a study on the activities of the inquiry agency, investigator, prosecutor and court to remove obstacles to the formation of evidence. We study the general provisions on the protection of evidence and forms of combating criminal procedure proof. Particular attention is paid to the investigated criminal procedural means to eliminate obstacles.
