Object of research: economic relations of the bank crediting agrarian formations. Objective: To study the directions of minimization the risks of the bank crediting agrarian formations. Methods: analysis and synthesis, system analysis, graph-analytic, correlation and regression analysis, economic and mathematical modeling. Scientific novelty: for the first time identified factors which should be increased basic interest rate of bank to the credit for agrarian formations, the model of minimization the risks of the bank crediting based of the optimum distributing of sowing areas of crops; improved interpretation of the risk of the bank crediting, mechanism of identification of credit risks, understand the borrower's solvency; have gained further scientific approaches to the classification of risks of the bank crediting, classification of indicators that used of the bank to determine the class of borrower, organizational and methodical recommendations for phased implementation of the main strategic directions of development of the agrarian insurance.
