Helesh A. Formation and development of ideas of humanism in law: philosophical and legal aspects

Philosophical and legal understanding of the formation and development of ideas of humanism in law interpreted against the background of the formation and development of philosophical and legal thought in the context of different interpretations of humanism with regard to historical features of the evolution of law and its focus on the essential characteristics of humanism in the Law. Humanism in the law is considered as a philosophical system of social and legal values, which the anthropological foundation of human dignity, which is manifested in the fundamental rights and freedoms of man and finds its consolidation in the legal principles and norms.
