The thesis is devoted to issues of concern of the investigation, which are conducted with the permission of the court and prosecutor. Concept, the legal nature and classification of these investigations, its legal regulation, the ratio of the proceedings brought in accordance with international legal acts in the field of criminal justice and human rights are investigation. Judicial description of consequence actions which are carried out with permission a court and from approval of public prosecutor is given. The features of structure of legal norms of institute of consequence actions which are carried out from approval of public prosecutor and with permission a court are certain, from point of reflection in them of purpose, grounds, participants, place, time, order of realization, and also legal responsibility, for non-fulfillment of duties by their participants.
