Volkova A. Forming and usage of information-and-reference collections of the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

The thesis is initiated to solve at the monographic the level processual, tactical and organizing problems of forming and usage of information-and- reference collections of the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The concept of information-and-reference collections was formed on the basis of analysis of scientific works of native and foreign scientists, and it was defined as a variety of criminalistics accounts, that were formed from model patterns and information data and contain potential criminalistics significant information. There were defined features of information-and-reference collections and developed legal mechanisms of collection objects forming.
