Ryznychuk M. Frequency and structure of congenital developmental anomalies at children of Chernovtsy area and factors of their formation.

Object - children and fruits with congenital developmental anomalies; the purpose - to estimate frequency and prevalence of congenital developmental anomalies in Chernovtsy area on the basis of genetic monitoring and to improve them perynatal diagnostics; methods - clinical, laboratory, epidemiological, mathematical; results - frequency is investigated population, the structure of developmental anomalies in Chernovtsy area as a whole about on separate nozology is determined; the analysis on the data in Ukraine and a number of other countries is lead; it is established, that developmental anomalies and exceed deformations of bone-muscular and sexual systems the data after Ukraine and some countries of Europe; It is shown, that the greatest densities among developmental anomalies at newborns defects and had deformations bone-muscular системи, CDA systems of blood circulation, CDA genitals and plural congenital developmental anomalies, and at fruits the greatest part was defects of CNS, urinogenital ways and heart diseases, is proved, that early revealing of ultrasonic anencephalon and later - cracks of a backbone; high frequency ВПР to Chernovtsy and some areas is established; it is shown that risk CDA at pregnant women is age of women: than 35 years are more senior and than 20 years are more younger.
