Object - monitoring of current of juvenile rheumatoid arthtritis at children of different age; the purpose - to improve algorithm of monitoring of juvenile rheumatoid arthtritis at children of different age on the basis of a complex estimation of activity of process, functional infringements, a degree of quality of a life for definition of efficiency basic and antibasic; methods - clinical, laboratory - instrumental, immunologycal, social - psychological, statistical; results - it is proved, that index DAS is the most informative parameter of activity of disease at children's age; it is created ukrainianlanguage the version of questionnaire CHAQ, is proved its reliability, sensitivity, is relative, estimations minimal clinical-significant changes in a state of health of children; the estimation of quality of a life of children with juvenile rheumatoid arthtritis with the help of a questionnaire is made, is proved, that sufficient psychometric characteristics of this questionnaire allow to establish interrelation of infringements physical and psychoemotinal health at juvenile rheumatoid arthtritis; definition of index DAS is established, that, a level of functional infringements on questionnaire CHAQ and qualities of a life on questionnaire CHQ are informative enough at an estimation efficiency basic and antybasic therapies; the algorithm of monitoring of course juvenile rheumatoid arthtritis is proved.
