For the first time direct dependence of frequency of early and late postoperative complications on level of glucose and lactate, and also activity lactate dehydrogenises in an intraocular liquid is established.The new combined surgical method including sinus trabeсuleсtomy and plural vitrectomy that has allowed to lower authentically in early terms of supervision frequency of a painful syndrome on 59,37%, hemorrhage complications - on 48,94 %, in late terms of supervision - progressing of an atrophy of an optic nerve - on 34,78 %, a painful syndrome - on 77,17 %, hemorrhage complications - 67,19 % is developed.The developed combined surgical method in a combination to a new method of preventive maintenance of postoperative complications to preparation application "Mexiprim" has allowed to lower authentically frequency of complications in early terms of supervision frequency hemorrhage complications on 76,2 %, in late terms of supervision: a painful syndrome - on 100,0 %, геморрагических complications - on 87,84 %, progressing of an atrophy of an optic nerve - on 46,34 %, neovaskulyaryzation - on 37,63 %, and also authentically to raise quantity of patients with normal intraocular pressure in the nearest and remote terms of supervision.
