Object of research - palliative treatment of inoperable primary metastatic breast cancer with the inclusion of surgery. A research objective: to increase survival and improve quality of life in patients with metastatic breast cancer by developing a comprehensive palliative care program to include surgery. Research methods - clinical, instrumental, laboratory, statistical processing of results. Novelty: the first time a program of comprehensive palliative treatment of patients with metastatic breast cancer with the inclusion of selective intra-arterial chemotherapy, hormone therapy, radiation therapy and surgery, which can achieve results that exceed the standard program of conservative treatment of breast cancer (complete or partial response achieved in 83 , 1% 4.9% of the experimental group, the control group - 40.7% in 6.7% of cases). Results: The proposed active surgical treatment patients can achieve high performance one-year, three-year and five-year survival, respectively, 81,8% ± 1,9%, 47,3% ± 2,4% and 35,5% ± 1, 6% more than the results of a standard conservative approach: one-year survival in the control group was 74.5% 1.7% three years - 33.3% 2.3%, and five-year - 22.2% 1, 9% ..
