Essay

The dissertation is an integrated monographic research of the conceptual problems of conflicts in the sphere of tax relation. The author's attention is given to theoretical and practical issues of arising, development of tax conflicts and pre-trial order of their settlement. Author's concept of tax conflict is formulated, its investigation in statics and dynamics is carried out, the types of tax conflicts are determined and the conditions of their transformation in the tax dispute are considered. Legal foundations of regulatory impact on conflict tax relations, namely: the principles, norms and means of their legal regulation are considered.
