The dissertation is an independent, complete scientific work, a comprehensive study of theoretical and practical aspects of proof in considering land disputes in administrative proceeding of Ukraine. Based on the theoretical achievements of scientists, lawyers and comparative analysis of legislation, an author determine the concept of land disputes in the administrative proceedings, the place of proving in an administrative proceeding of Ukraine in the system of procedural law of evidence, general and special features, and the notion of proving in administrative proceedings of Ukraine, general and special subject of proving in an administrative proceeding of Ukraine.
