The dissertation is devoted to the complex research problems related to countering the investigation in the area of taxation. Analyzed common characteristic counter investigation of crimes in the area of taxation, in particular, examined the genesis of this concept, revealing the essence of the typical ways and forms of counteraction to investigation and determined the range of subjects to be processed.
