Unguryan V. Development management of rural territories in a modern institutional environment

The subject area is represented by the complex of organizational and legal, social and economic relations occurring in the management process of rural development. The objective of the research is to extend theoretical, scientific-methodological bases and to develop practical recommendations how to improve the management of rural development in the context of progressive institutional changes. Methodology and instrumentation - statistical, monographic, abstract-logical, economic analysis, calculated and constructive, grouping, index analysis, correlation and regression, graphical analysis. Theoretical and practical results - on the basis of theoretical research of institutional system management of rural development the approaches to the 'bottom-upwards' management process were designed. Novelty of the research - were suggested methodological approaches to the management of rural development in the institutional environment geared to teamwork of rural people on the basis of rural communities as basic unit of organizational and institutional structure of rural development.
