Essay

The thesis is a theoretical and experimental study of the use of information and communication technologies in education institutions' management with the aim of education quality improvement in secondary educational institutions. The thesis gives a model of the use of ICT of secondary education institution management and underlines organizational and pedagogical conditions of its use (goal-orientation, which is defined due to the marketing study and coordinated with the all participants of education process, as well as with the aspects of secondary school activity with ICT use, active involvement of teachers and school administration to ICT, quick changes due to education quality systematic and non-stop monitoring process); It also specifies the notion of information and communication technologies of education quality management as a combination of electronic educational resources and specialized programmed and electronic tools of wide use; ICT-environment of education quality management which is different from the some known by the complicity of ICT oriented forms, methods and tools using; the approaches to the goal elaboration process in ICT use in education quality management in secondary educational institutions are improved; the requirements to ICT environment in educational institutions with its components and according to the competencies of students, teachers and school administrators are developed.
