Essay

Analysis of clinical and functional status of 75 patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis was conducted. Patients received a course of conservative treatment on an outpatient basis by various treatment regimens during the acute pollinosis in 2009-2011 and were followed for one year after medical supervision. For the first time a functional characterization has been added describing the features of morphotype of the solid phase (facies) of nasal secretions. Facies were obtained by dehydration of the wedge. It is proved that the use of drugs of sea water in the local treatment of patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis as a nasal soul is not only a means of eliminating allergens from the nasal cavity, but also part of the pathogenetic therapy, as it promotes the most complete restoration of the physiological activity of the nasal mucosa.
