Yukhymchuk V. Market mechanism of managing commercial banks investments in Ukraine.

Object – the process of investment banks to the real economic sector. Purpose – to deepen the theoretical basis and development of practical principles to modernize the management of bank investments in the real economy sector. Methods are: theoretical generalization, systematic evaluation and scientific deduction, analysis, synthesis and graphic images, grouping, comparison and the method of time series, economic and mathematical modeling. Results include developed proposals for solving the problems revitalization banks in investment lending under reforming Ukraine's economy. Novelty comprises improved the theoretical basis of mechanism of investment banking and proposed approaches to modeling the formation of credit and investment bank portfolio, received the further development of methodological approaches to minimizing risks and raising funds through securitization of bank assets. Introduced in the activity of OJSC "Raiffeisen Bank Aval" of Bank "Lviv", JSC "Kredobank" and the learning process of Ternopil National Economic University. Scope - the investment bank's activities.
