The dissertation is devoted to development of theoretical, methodical and applied bases of regulation of labor market of specialists with higher education. The conceptual device on researched subjects is specified, the essence and basic requirements to the specialists with higher education as to the subject of the labor market are determined, the approaches to definition of essence and structure of the organizational and economic mechanism of regulation of the labor market of specialists with higher education in Ukraine are systematized. The theoretical and methodical researches made possible to determine key features of transformation of the system of highly skilled specialists preparation.
