Bychkov O. Encourage sustainable development of enterprises in the volatile environment

The thesis is devoted to researching of social-economic conditions to encourage the sustainable development of machine-building enterprises in the volatile environment. The conceptual basis for sustainable development of enterprises in the context of socio-economic contradictions of modern economy is investigated in the thesis. It is proved that the elements of constraint theory can be applied to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises in the volatile environment. The scientific and methodological foundations for measurement of machine-building enterprises sustainable development are researched. The socio-economical mechanism of sustainable development of enterprise is proposed. The institutional instruments which can level the socio-economic constraints in the volatile environment are proposed. These institutional instruments should be taken into attention in the process of mechanism's implementation to ensure sustainable development of machine-building enterprises.
